Where do I get an application?

Application Acceptance Dates are T.B.D. but they will be posted in 2023 to the website.

Application MUST be picked up by the INDIVIDUAL wanting to join the program (must bring picture ID).

How long is your apprenticeship program?

It is a 4-year program with a total of 838 related classroom hours.

Do you need experience?

No, you do not need experience, apprentices gain experience through training in the classroom and working out on the field.

Is there any testing involved?

Yes, a 3 part written battery test consisting of mathematics, mechanical comprehension and space relations.

Do you have drug testing?
If selected for the program, you will be required to take and pass a drug test in order to continue on to become an apprentice.

When do I get accepted?
Once you have passed the test, you are placed in a pool, apprentices get randomly selected through a lottery system.

When do I start?
If chosen through the lottery, classes start in September.

When do you go to school?
Apprentices attend school two times a week on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays, and sometimes Saturday.
   
How much does an apprentice earn?
1st Year Apprentices earn a competitive wage with benefits and raises annually.

How do I get work?
Apprentices get work through the hiring hall system.
