following certificates expire:
OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 expire 5 years from day you took the class.
4
and 32 HOUR SUPPORTED SCAFFOLD, and 16 and 32 HOUR SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD expire
4 years from the day you took the class.
16 HOUR RIGGING WORKER and 32 HOUR RIGGING SUPERVISOR expire 4 years from the day you took the class.
WELDING DOB expires every 3 years from the issued date.
AWS CERTIFICATION (HEADQUARTERS) expires 30 days before expiration date indicated on the card.
AWS CERTIFICATION (INTERNATIONAL) expires 1 year from the issued date, submit 30 days before expiration date.
BURNING & FIREWATCH expires
every 3 years from
the day you took the test.
M.T.A. TRACK TRAINING expires
every 2 years from
the day you took the class.
